- 3000 m² outdoor adventure playground and childcare for children from 1 year old at the Family Resort Rainer
- Guided sports and entertainment programme at the Family Resort Rainer
- From Monday to Friday in winter, we offer a ski shuttle service to the Family Resort Rainer. If you have children taking part in a ski course, this shuttle will take them to the slopes in the morning and bring them back to Villa Rainer in the afternoon

Pets
Your pets are welcome on request for an additional charge of €25.
Local tax
A local tax of €2.50 per day per person (over 14 years) is charged separately and payable on site.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm
- Check-out: by 10:00 am
Payment
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card on the day before departure.
Deposit
When you confirm your booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount. You will find the bank details for this payment on the booking confirmation which will be sent to you by e-mail.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to two months before the arrival date. If you cancel after this time, the following charges will apply:
- Cancellations received one month prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost of the stay.
- Cancellations received less than one month prior to arrival, late arrivals, early departures or no-shows will be charged the full price of the booked stay.
- Under certain conditions only, such as COVID-19 related travel restrictions, confirmed COVID-19 illness or other legal restrictions, free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
Cancellation insurance
To avoid any cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
